P To provide a temporary partition, which can reduction the discharge of industrial wastes and can inexpensively partition a partitioning object place, even if its scale is large, without increase in cost and a setting method of the temporary partition. PSOLUTION: The temporary partition includes a framework scaffold 2 set in an indoor partitioning object place 40; a plurality of base members 16 detachably mounted ON the framework scaffold 2; and a sheet or panel member 25 detachably provided ON the plurality of base members 16. Since a commercially distributed one as a lease article or the like can be used as the framework scaffold 2, and the base members 16 and the sheet panel member 35 can be repetitively used and the discharge of industrial wastes can be reduced in addition to significant reduction in the facility cost.
