PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus capable of being changed over to an SSID intended by a user with a simple operation.;SOLUTION: A control part 15 reads setting information such as an SSID related to an SSID 1 from a radio communication part 17 to be temporarily stored in a storage part 16. The control part 15 writes various types of setting information related to an SSID 2 over the SSID 1, rewrites various types of setting information of the SSID 1 of the radio communication part 17 with various types of setting information of the SSID 2, and causes the radio communication part 17 to execute an initial setting by WPS. When completing the initial setting, the control part 15 reads the various types of setting information of the SSID 1 temporality stored in the storage part 16, and instructs to be written over the SSID 1 of the radio communication part 17.
