PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluation of ecosystem network, capable of comprehensively evaluating the habitat adaptability for each of a plurality of organisms differed in habitat characteristic. PSOLUTION: The method for evaluation of ecosystem network includes: an extraction step of extracting, from remote sensing data of a target area, a lignosa patch that is a ground section covered with lignosa, a grass field patch that is a ground section covered with grass, and a waterfront green space patch that is a ground section composed of a green space existing near water (step S101); a lignosa-using organism habitat adaptability index calculation step of calculating a habitat adaptability index of lignosa-using organisms corresponding to each lignosa patch (step S104); a grass field-using organism habitat adaptability index calculation step of calculating a habitat adaptability index of grass field-using organisms corresponding to each grass field patch (step S105); and a waterfront green field-using organism habitat adaptability index calculation step of calculating a habitat adaptability index of waterfront green field-using organisms corresponding to each waterfront green field patch (step S106).
