PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scoring test device and a scoring test method capable of testing whether a screw scores in a vacuum environment.;SOLUTION: This scoring test device 1 includes a vacuum chamber 2, and a plate 26 having each bolt 60 screwed is stored in an internal space G of the vacuum chamber 2. The plate 26 having each bolt 60 screwed into each tap hole 26A is placed under a prescribed environment (a vacuum environment, a high-temperature vacuum environment or the like) in the vacuum chamber 2. Then, it is tested whether the bolt 60 can be removed from the plate 26.
