PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular construction method for plant facility construction for conveying modules easily while suppressing an increase in cost required for transportation. The surface plate 18 can be connected with an adjacent surface plate 18. When assembling the modules, module assembling devices corresponding to each process are moved onto each of the surface plates 18 (18a-18d) classified depending on module assembly process sequentially.
