PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network of next-generation energy stands capable of supplying, receiving and storing the energy of next-generation vehicles, or the like, smoothly in safety. PSOLUTION: Next-generation energy stands A each equipped with a device capable of supplying, receiving and storing the next-generation energy, i.e., electric power, are provided. The storage battery of the stand A and the generator or the storage battery at an energy demand place E are connected with a power network F capable of bidirectional power transmission. An information network I is configured by connecting the stands A with the energy demand places E and the computer of a manager G over the Internet H so that a power is received at the energy demand place E from the stand A through the manager G and the power network F, a damp power at the energy demand place E is transmitted to the stand A through the manager G and the power network F, and the power delivered from the energy demand place E to the stand A is received at any stand A.
