PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a strong and stable reinforced soil wall by construction with a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: This reinforced soil wall constructing implement is composed of a wall face material 1 of assembling a plurality of vertical members 4, 4, etc. and a plurality of horizontal members 5, 5, etc. in a grating shape and a chain 2. The respective vertical members 4 are composed of a cylindrical pipe, and are arranged in the vertical direction, and are mutually laterally separately arranged in parallel. The respective horizontal members 5 are arranged in the lateral direction so as to extend the mutual vertical members 4 and 4, and are mutually vertically separately arranged in parallel. An upper end part of the respective vertical members 4 is formed as a fitting part 7 to a lower end part of the vertical members 4 of the other wall face material 1. Thus, an upper end part of the cylindrical pipe constituting the vertical members 4 is recessed inside in the diametrical direction in two places opposed in the diametrical direction, and is diametrically contracted by press molding by forming ribs 8 and 8 in the axial direction.
