PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange information necessary for spatial multiplexing between radio base stations before transmitting and receiving a signal by spatial multiplexing between the radio base stations. PSOLUTION: A radio network is configured of a radio network connected to one or a plurality of radio base stations AP and one or a plurality of radio terminal stations STA, which transmit and receive a packet signal. The radio base stations AP transmit and receive different packet signals simultaneously by spatial multiplexing to and from the plurality of radio terminal stations STA by using a plurality of antennas. The radio base stations AP or the radio terminal stations STA transmit a control signal for non-spatial multiplexing before transmitting the packet signals by spatial multiplexing.
