PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein concentration evaluation method for achieving highly accurate evaluation by using a protein indicator.;SOLUTION: A protein concentration evaluation method includes: carrying out an optical analysis of coloration after bringing a measurement object sample into contact with a protein indicator; measuring pH of the measurement object sample; and evaluating protein concentration of the sample on the basis of the result of the optical analysis and the measured pH, and data for protein concentration evaluation. The protein indicator is a protein indicator whose coloring changes in accordance with pH and protein concentration, and the data for protein concentration evaluation includes information showing a method of evaluation for the result of the optical analysis corresponding to the measured pH.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
