PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and disposable container and a food product therein, which container is excellent in shape holding properties, in transportation properties and in safety properties, and is suitable even for use in an electric hot plate and a microwave oven.;SOLUTION: The disposable container 10A is used which includes: an outer frame 20A which is in the shape of a cylinder without a bottom and is gradually enlarged in diameter toward its upper end side; and a gathered cup 30A held within the outer frame 20A. The outer frame 20A is formed from a strip-like nonmetallic sheet which is curved along the longitudinal direction with both ends thereof joined to each other in the longitudinal direction. The gathered cup 30A is formed from the nonmetallic sheet which is processed by means of press forming. It is preferable that the outer frame 20A is formed with handles 22, 22, and the gathered cup 30A is formed with locking openings 33, 33 in its peripheral wall for locking the handles 22, 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
