PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a fluid dynamic bearing that enables stable high-speed rotation while reducing the thickness of the rotor.;SOLUTION: The rotor 200 for the fluid dynamic bearing used for rotating a recording disk that has been mounted thereon includes: a rotating shaft portion 22 in which a cylindrical portion 22a that serves as a rotating shaft and a protruding portion 22b extended radially outward from one end of the cylindrical portion 22a are formed integrally with each other; and a hub 20 that is to be connected to the end near the outer circumference of the protruding portion 22b and that has a mounting seat portion 20c on which the recording disk is to be mounted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
