PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical solution for preparing an alcoholic sterilizing sheet being easy to wipe off something, good to remove dirt, and rapidly drying after wipe-off, not leaving any wiping mark, not causing wiping unevenness, and not producing an intense alcoholic odor.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides a chemical solution comprising 0.01-1 mass% nonionic surfactant (a), 0.05-1 mass% 2-4C dihydric alcohol (b), and 30-70 mass% ethanol (c), wherein the nonionic surfactant (a) is at least one member selected from the group consisting of an alkyl ether type and a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil type, the number of moles of ethylene oxide addition of the nonionic surfactant (a) is 20-100, and the HLB of the nonionic surfactant (a) is 13-20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
