PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tumor marker containing diacetylspermine and an antibody against diacetylspermine.;SOLUTION: In the detection reagent of early cancer containing antibody against N1- and N12-diacetylspermine, the antibody has at least one of the properties of following (a) and (b): (a) crossing reactivity with N1-AcSpd is 0.1% or less, and (b) total crossing reactivity with analog of DiAcSpm existing within urine is 5% or less. The detection kit for early cancer is provided where the antibody is polyclonal antibody or monoclonal antibody and contains also antibody against N1- and N12-diacetylspermine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
