PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger preventing generation of odor after alkali cleaning and the heat exchanger including the aluminum fin material.;SOLUTION: The aluminum fin material for the heat exchanger includes a base film obtained by applying and burning processing liquid wherein a urethane polymer substance obtained by making diisocyanate and polyol having 1,000-5,000 of average molecular weight as an essential ingredient react with each other is dissolved or dispersed in water on a plate material comprising aluminum or aluminum alloy.
