PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a modified natural rubber and a modified natural rubber latex with uniform properties while considerably shortening the reaction time and reducing labors required for reaction control as much as possible; a modified natural rubber and a modified natural rubber latex obtained by the production method; and a tire using the modified natural rubber. PSOLUTION: This method for production of a modified natural rubber latex comprises (a) a step of preparing peracetic acid from acetic acid and/or acetic anhydride and hydrogen peroxide, (b) a step of continuously feeding and mixing the peracetic acid and a natural rubber latex, and (c) a step of continuously transporting the mixed solution.
