P To improve convenience by enabling the viewing reservation of a PROGRAM using a digital television and a data broadcast line, to improve audience rating and to eliminate the missing of the PROGRAM by improving a promotion effect of a broadcast scheduled PROGRAM. PSOLUTION: A broadcasting station 1 creates promotion data of the broadcast scheduled PROGRAM, displays the data ON a viewer's television 3, and the viewer performs PROGRAM viewing reservation using a remote controller while watching the data. When there is the reservation and the reservation is registered in a management server 5 ON the side of the broadcasting station 1, reservation data are transmitted to a television or recording equipment which the viewer has, or the reservation service of a manufacturer and the reservation is completed. The missing of the PROGRAM is prevented by preliminarily displaying the reservation data ON a screen of the television 3 via the data broadcast line 6 when a reservation time comes near.
