PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized image-capturing lens having a wide angle of view, favorably correcting various aberrations when focusing from an infinite object to a close-range object, and having high optical performances over the whole screen; and to provide an optical apparatus having the image-capturing lens, and a method for manufacturing the image-capturing lens.;SOLUTION: The image-capturing lens has, in order from an object side, a first lens group having a positive refracting power, and a second lens group having a positive refracting power, and focusing is performed to the close-range object by moving the second lens group towards the object side, with the first lens group fixed to an image surface. The image-capturing lens satisfies the conditions of the following equation. 1.50Po/(TLa-Σd)2.50 Where, TLa: an air equivalent whole length of the image-capturing lens, Po: a distance from the image surface to an exit pupil in the whole image-capturing lens system, and Σd: a length on the optical axis from a lens surface which is located closest to the object side in the first lens group, to a lens surface which is located closest to the image side in the second lens group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
