摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the access propriety relation between ID and an access gate, in detail. PSOLUTION: An ID which is inputted personal identification data, and information on a personal attribute corresponding to the ID are stored in an ID DB (database) 21. The inputted personal attribute and information on an area corresponding to the attribute is stored in an attribute/area DB 23 included in an SC (security) policy DB 22. The input area and information on an EK (electronic lock) installed at a door corresponding to an entrance of the area are stored in an area/EK DB 24 included in the SC policy DB 22. Data of an ID/EK list showing personal ID and EKs of doors of areas that can get through with the personal ID is generated from each information in the ID DB 21 and the SC policy DB 22, and the data is set to a card gate controller for controlling locking/unlocking of EKs.
