PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately detect a scene that may release the start inhibition in the technique that releases the start inhibition based on the operation of an accelerator pedal after the start of the vehicle is prohibited detecting the accelerator pedal wrong operation.;SOLUTION: An accelerator pedal wrong operation corresponding device prohibits the start of the vehicle based on the having determined that the accelerator pedal operation is wrong operation, determines whether the release operation is performed when the start of the vehicle is prohibited and releases the vehicle start inhibition based on having determined that the release operation have been performed.
