PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having soft texture and nevertheless free from stickiness and excellent in handling property, free from degradation of appearance of a molded article by bleed-out and, at the same time, having excellent mechanical properties, moldability and two-color moldability with a rigid resin, and to provide a molded article.;SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is produced by compounding a polyester block copolymer with a core-shell copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a polymer composed mainly of styrene and acrylonitrile as a shell to a core polymer composed mainly of butyl acrylate, and a hydrogenated styrene block copolymer.
