PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing tool, etc. of a branch pipe capable of performing an airtight inspection of the branch pipe at a terminal on a service tee side and shortening the length of the remaining branch pipe during cutting of the branch pipe.;SOLUTION: This sealing tool 1 includes a stopper 10 and a punching tool 60 for punching a side wall of a main pipe by driving a hole saw. The stopper 10 is fixed to a distal end of a shaft 80 of the punching tool 60 not to fall. The stopper 10 includes a rubber sealing body 11 and a means for compressing the sealing body 11 in a hole shaft direction and expanding the sealing body 11 in a radial direction. The sealing body 11 is locked with friction by being fitted into a through hole and/or a punch hole, and a nut 19 in surface contact with the sealing body 11 is also locked with friction by the sealing body 11. A screw shaft 20 is rotated by rotating the shaft 80 of the punching tool 60, and thereby the nut 19 is screwed in a direction of the collar 15.
