PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a light from a field.;SOLUTION: A system is provided for operating lighting and lights-out of the light in the field when the light having burned out is exchanged. The system includes: a requirement receiving processing unit 31 which performs a lighting and lights-out process of a power unit-selecting circuit unit corresponding to a power unit NO which is specified from a work area name, when receiving a light operating requirement signal which includes the work area name from a mobile terminal 7; an unauthorized access processing unit 32, wherein a lock circuit 322 and a control cooperation circuit unit 321-i are serially connected, and the unauthorized access processing unit releases a lock by receiving a lock release instruction at a time except during an airport use and cooperates a signal relevant to the lighting and lights-out process of the power unit-selecting circuit unit; and a relay control unit 33 which performs a lighting and lights-out control of a number of the lights continuing to the power unit having the specified NO by receiving a signal relevant to a lighting and lights-out of the light output from the control cooperation circuit unit when the lock is released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
