PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can effectively search for files that can be deleted from a file server, thereby relieving a user of a burden of confirming deletion propriety.SOLUTION: A document processor displays a capacity distribution and a capacity accumulation of files in a file server, and selectively displays, from files in a file server, a file considered to be stored carefully, a file speculated to be stored redundantly, and a file which has a high capacity reduction effect when it is deleted.
