The mobile truck 2 has a mobile truck body 20, a drum 21 around which a conveying tube 8 is wound and which feeds out and takes up the conveying tube 8, a power unit 22 which supplies motive power to the mobile truck 2, and a plurality of travel units 23 for moving on the seabed 10.
