PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coated steel stock which excels in low-temperature impact properties, adhesion durability and the like and furthermore has sufficient durability in the thermal cycle test on the supposition of the use in a cryogenic environment. PSOLUTION: An epoxy powder coating composition for steal stock comprises an epoxy resin component (A) containing a bisphenol A type epoxy resin (a-1) having an epoxy equivalent weight of 300-750 g/eq and a bisphenol A type epoxy resin (a-2) having an epoxy equivalent weight of 1,200-5,500 g/eq and a curing agent (B).
