PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw-material composition for producing a resin for an optical part having excellent transparency, developing no cracks, and being excellent in shape stability, stable to heat to show no yellowing, and excellent also in adhesion, and an optical part.;SOLUTION: The raw-material composition for a resin for an optical part comprises an adamantyl group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (A) having a specific structure, a low molecular weight (meth)acrylate compound (B) having a specific structure, and a silane-based (meth)acrylate compound (C) represented by general formula (III), wherein U1 is an acryloxy group (CH₂=CH-CO-O-) or a methacryloxy group (CH₂=C(CH₃)-CO-O-); U2 is a single bond, a 1C-10C hydrocarbon group or an oxyalkylene group represented by -(-O-R⁰-)_p- (wherein R⁰ is a 1C-4C hydrocarbon group, and p is an integer of 1-10); R is methyl or ethyl; V is 1C-5C alkoxy or hydroxy; L is 0 or 1, m is an integer of 0-3, and n is an integer of 1-4, provided that L+n+m=4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
