Urethane-modified acrylic resins and coatings and adhesives using the same

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin usable as an adhesive and a coating agent having excellent weather resistance and water resistance while keeping adhesiveness of an ultraviolet curable or electron radiation curable coating film to a plastic sheet, and to provide an adhesive and a coating agent produced by using the resin. PSOLUTION: The urethane-modified acrylic resin is produced by urethanization reaction of (A) an acrylic polyol having an alicyclic skeleton, a hydroxyl value of 5-35 mgKOH/g and a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-30,000, (B) a polyol except the acrylic polyol and having an alicyclic skeleton and (C) an organic diisocyanate, wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the acrylic polyol (A) to the polyol (B) is 30/70 to 70/30.
