PSOLUTION: The user behavioral characteristic information generation device 1 obtains the schedule information of each user from a scheduler server 2, and performs the morphemic analysis of the event content of the schedule information, and divides it into words, and extracts a keyword. Then, the user behavioral characteristic information generation device 1 calculates scores showing relevance between the user and the keyword based on a request from a user terminal 3, and time-sequentially extracts the transition of the behavioral characteristics of the user.
