PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electromagnetic flowmeter in which a level difference of an approximately same height as thickness of housings is provided on a circumference of a SP ring, and through putting together and bonding end portions of the housings, size tolerances of circumference length of the SP ring and inner peripheral length of the housings can be absorbed, so that need for so-called gauging such as shaving off the housing to fit to a size of the SP ring can be eliminated.;SOLUTION: An electromagnetic flowmeter of this invention comprises: two circular SP rings arranged side-by-side in a tube axial direction of a measurement pipe; and housings attached in a belt-like manner over the two circular SP rings so as to cover circumferences thereof. The two SP rings are each provided with a level difference of a height similar to thickness of the housings in at least one location of a circumference, and end portions of the housings are put together at the level difference and welded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
