P To provide a ventilating device for an excavated-soil reforming work area in a soundproof house in shield/propulsion construction work, which precisely evacuates dust in the soundproof house and especially in the excavated-soil reforming work area so as to provide a favorable work environment in addition to an essential soundproofing function. PSOLUTION: The ventilating device for the excavated-soil reforming work area 5 in the soundproof house in the shield/propulsion construction having front and rear side walls facing the excavated soil reforming work area 5 includes air intake fans 21 arranged in rows at a lower position and a middle position ON the front side wall and air outlet fans 31 arranged at a lower position ON the rear side wall and air intake fans 21 arranged at an upper position ON the rear side wall. Furthermore and the device includes a mist generator 45 which is suspended from a ceiling of the excavated-soil reforming work area 5 to be vertically movable and sprays water mist over the dust produced during the excavated-soil reforming work.
