PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an NdFeB-based sintered magnet capable of using a mold many times without any damage.SOLUTION: Alloy powder of an NdFeB-based sintered magnet, where center value of grain size measured by a laser method is not more than 3 μm, is used. Oxygen content contained in the alloy powder is set to not more than 2000 ppm. A mold is filled with the alloy powder, and after being applied magnetic field orientation, sintering temperature in sintering is set to not more than 900-1000°C. As a result, the alloy powder can be sintered at a temperature lower than before, thus the mold can be prevented from being damaged.
