PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocarbon dispersant capable of allowing a dispersion liquid having satisfactory storage stability and both of high concentration and low viscosity to be prepared. PSOLUTION: The nanocarbon dispersant contains at least one of compounds shown by formula (1): R-X-(Y)SBn/SB(wherein R is a 13C-21C hydrocarbon group; X is an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom, CO, COO, CON or a direct bond; Ys are the same or different from each other and each a polyalkylene oxide group [CSB2/SBHSB3/SB(CSBa/SBHSB2a+1/SB)O]SBb/SB-H (wherein a is an integer of 0-2; b is 1-100); n is 1 when X is the oxygen atom, CO, COO or the direct bond and n is 2 when X is the nitrogen atom or CON).
