PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance control apparatus, a maintenance control system and a maintenance control program that can implement maintenance depending on the use purpose and use environment of an apparatus to be maintained.;SOLUTION: A maintenance condition reception part 28 receives as maintenance conditions operating status, installation environment and user requests input by a user or history information collected by a history information collection part 38, and a maintenance program selection part 30 selects maintenance programs to be passed to a maintenance program execution part in an apparatus to be maintained according to the maintenance conditions and selection rules. An execution order decision part 32 decides the order of execution of the maintenance programs selected by the maintenance program selection part 30 according to connection rules.
