PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid resin composition reduced in discoloring of a white coating film and degradation of reflectance due to UV irradiation and a thermal history, and forming a pattern with a low exposure amount.;SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains: (A) an active energy ray curable resin obtained by reacting alicyclic-skeleton epoxy having an ethylenically unsaturated bond with a carboxyl group of a copolymerizable resin of a monomer, which is selected from the group consisting of an acrylic acid and an acrylic ester, and a monomer, which is selected from the group consisting of a methacrylic acid and a methacrylic ester; (B) a thiol compound, (C) a photoinitiator, (D) a diluent, (E) rutile type titanium dioxide, and (F) an epoxy thermosetting compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
