PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable switching of a browser terminal with simple operations during an execution of a Web service without interrupting the service.;SOLUTION: When a first terminal makes a terminal switching request, a server stores information related to the service until the time when the terminal switching request was made in association with takeover information and makes a movement request for changing the access destination to a takeover server, adding the takeover information. A takeover server, accessed by the first terminal, creates and stores takeover information identification information for the takeover information, and transmits screen information including the takeover information identification information to the first terminal. The takeover server, accessed by a second terminal based on the takeover information identification information displayed on the first terminal, reads takeover information corresponding to the takeover information identification information, and moves the access destination to a movement destination based on the takeover information.
