PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing lipase inhibitory activity of vanilla beans that are highly safe, have an extensive experience of use in human, are stably available in large amounts and are excellent in flavor, and a natural material for food, drink, pharmaceutical drugs, cosmetics and feed having been reinforced of the activity. PSOLUTION: The method for reinforcing lipase inhibitory activity of the vanilla beans includes subjecting the vanilla beans to an enzyme treatment with an oxidase or a peroxidase so as to obtain an enzyme treatment product with reinforced lipase inhibitory activity.
