PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute bed mattress pads and wall cloth that are warm in winter and cool in summer by using materials obtained by impregnating bamboo vinegar into bamboo charcoal powder, and in addition, to prevent the scattering of the bamboo charcoal powder, improve air permeability, or sufficiently exhibit the functions of porous materials such as antibacterial, deodorizing, refining, anti-electromagnetic wave and negative ion generating functions.SOLUTION: When materials obtained by impregnating bamboo vinegar into bamboo charcoal powder (porous materials) are impregnated into bamboo paper, rayon or acetate to form porous holding materials, the porous materials are not scattered, and furthermore the outer material and lining of the porous holding materials can be wrapped up with the bamboo paper, the rayon or the acetate cloth to integrate the two side together. The porous holding materials can be provided with a water proof property and heat resistance by laminating nonwoven fabric comprising triacetate thereon depending on applications. These materials have innumerable fine holes, so that the air permeability is superior.
