PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can prevent a newly established thermal insulation material from being degraded in the repairing construction of thermal insulation material in pipe arrangement for low-temperature fluid such as LNG or LPG.;SOLUTION: A partitioning plate 20 and a urethane form 21 are arranged in a boundary section between a second layer existing thermal insulation material 13 constructed in a pipe arrangement 1 and a newly established thermal insulation material 16. Furthermore, moisture can be prevented from permeating into the newly established thermal insulation material 16 by attaching the partitioning plate 20 larger in outer diameter than an external facing material 77 and discharging the moisture contained in the existing thermal insulation material 13 located above the outside of the external facing material 77 by blocking with the waterproof partitioning plate 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
