PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor joint metal for construction work, which is easily installed and used as a scaffold by closing a floor opening, a floor skeleton for construction work using the floor joint metal, and a floor for construction work using the floor joint metal and the floor skeleton.;SOLUTION: This floor joint metal 1 for construction work is used for installing a scaffold in a construction site. The floor joint metal 1 includes a skeleton connection part 11a and a receiving beam placing part 11b. A projecting first engagement part 13 and a projecting second engagement part 14 which project in the direction reverse to the direction in which the receiving beam placing part 11b extends are formed on the skeleton connection part 11a.
