PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal device, a stress status operation method, and a stress status operation program that can acquire a stress status even in the case that communication is impossible, without using dedicated devices.SOLUTION: A light 114 is made to emit light during the photographing to obtain a pupil contraction speed by using a camera 113 and the light 114 incorporated in a portable communication terminal device 100. A stress status operation part 141 calculates a stress status based on the contraction speed, and displays the result on a main display 121.
