PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding substrate for dental treatment mouthpiece which enables even a user or dentist unskilled in handling electronic instruments to safely and inexpensively mold a mouthpiece with a built-in electronic instrument, and a molding method thereof.;SOLUTION: The dental treatment mouthpiece molding substrate 2(A) comprises: a flexible board 6 on which a dentition treatment electronic instrument 5(A) or 5(B) is mounted; and a thermosoftening resin sheet body 1 with the flexible board 6 built in an airtight or watertight condition.
