PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of address books having mutually different table definitions to use address book data, obtained by processing image data, through simple configurations.;SOLUTION: In a table 70, column order of respective individual address book ID (ADID) is made to correspond to column order of an integrated address book. A server determines an individual address book ID from a device ID received at log-in time by reference to a table 72 in response to an individual address book data request, and converts row data of the integrated address book into row data of a requested individual address book by reference to the column order conversion table 70 based upon the individual address book ID. When the row data is added to the integrated address book table, current time and date is written to corresponding update time and date, and while row data of update time and date newer than corresponding update time and date in the table 72 is read out of the integrated address book, the corresponding update time and date of the table 72 is updated into the current time and date in response to an individual address book data request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
