PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station, a radio communication system, a method for transmitting parameter values of mobile stations, and a method for configuring parameter values of base stations in the radio communication system in which a mobile station can cause a plurality of base stations to change their parameter value within a cell edge neighboring portion.;SOLUTION: A mobile station 111 according to the present invention performs, in response to obtaining information about parameter values used for transmitting radio signals, radio communication with a base station that configures the parameter values. In the mobile station 111, a mobile station receiver 119 receives radio signals from a plurality of base stations, a reception quality acquisition part 129 obtains the reception quality of the radio signals, a calculation part 131 calculates parameter values of each base station based on the reception quality of the radio signals sent from the plurality of base stations, a mobile station transmitter 121 sends radio signals including information about parameter values of all of the plurality of base stations to a base station of the plurality of base stations that sent radio signals whose reception quality satisfies a given quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
