PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear device capable of preventing the occurrence of a fault due to detachment, seizure, or the like of a slip-off stop member with the rotation of a gear.;SOLUTION: A planetary gear mechanism 30 includes a planetary gear 31, a substantially cylindrical pin 32, a flange part 33 mounted to the upper end of the pin 32, and a substantially annular plate member 34. The flange part 33 is formed to project radially outward from the upper end of the pin 32 and abuts in part on the radial inside of the plate member 34.
