PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB device for receiving image data transferred by bulk out transfer from a USB host, and provide an image processor, a USB transfer control method, a USB transfer control program and a recording medium.;SOLUTION: When a packet monitoring part 23 of a USB device controller 11 mounted on an I/F control part 4 of a multi-function device counts the data amount of each packet transferred by bulk out transfer of USB transfer to detect a max packet of a max packet data amount. the packet monitoring part 23 starts to count the last data determination timer value.
