PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit capable of suppressing biting to another component of an electric wire connecting an electronic circuit in the electronic control unit and an external connection connector without using a relay connector when housing the electronic control unit in an automatic transmission case, a manufacturing method of an automatic transmission including the unit, and a fixture used in the manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The electronic unit 20 includes a unit body 23, the connector 30, a holding means 50 for holding it, and the electric wire 25 connecting the electronic circuit of the unit body 23 and the connector 30. The holding means 50 faces an opening 14 when the unit body 23 is housed in the automatic transmission case 12 and holds the connector 30 in a position falling within an opening size, and the electric wire 25 has a length size allowing movement of the connector 30 from the position held by the holding means 50 to a position fixed in the opening 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
