PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise selection device, an exercise selection method, and a program which allow efficient confirmation of an exercise video and allow generation of an exercise lesson when selecting a desired exercise video from a large number of exercise videos.;SOLUTION: When a preview of exercise video information of exercise considering motion is instructed, a preview video from the exercise video information set with start position information to the exercise video information set with end position information is outputted to a display.
