PSOLUTION: A congestion condition management system of the present invention for use in managing a congestion condition in a shop includes: markers disposed ON a floor of the shop; a photography part for photographing the floor of the shop; and a calculation part for counting the number of markers recognized in an image portion of the floor within the image photographed by the photography part to calculate a degree of congestion in the shop using the number of counted markers.
