PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect at a lower link speed which spends smaller power without deteriorating a communication performance necessary for actual communication in the case where a communication device coping with different communication speeds is connected.;SOLUTION: A relay device for relaying communication between two or more communication devices includes a plurality of ports each of which is connectable to at least one of the communication devices, and which are mutually connected. A first port is connected to a first communication device and a second port is connected to a second communication device.
