PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommender selection system for assisting the clarification of information requested by a user, and for selecting an information provider who provides information which is desirable for a user.;SOLUTION: A recommender selection system 100 includes: an information input part 1; an information output part 2; a storage part 3; an information acquisition part 4; a recommender selection part 5; an information exchanging part 6; and an activity extraction part 7. The storage part 3 stores and preserves information related with the information provider. The information acquisition part 4 obtains information including the attributes of the information provider of the storage part 3. The recommender selection part 5 selects a recommender who fits a prescribed reference on the basis of information obtained by the information acquisition part 4. An information exchanging part 6 mediates the exchange of information by a bi-directionally communicatable method between a user and the recommender. The activity extraction part 7 collects the information mediated by the information exchanging part 6, and extracts the activity of the information exchange by a prescribed method.
